- K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks - 2 cups
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
- Onion - 1 cup; julienned
- Bell pepper - 1 cup; julienned
- Oyster sauce - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Red chilli flakes - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Slurry - ½ cup (3 tbsp corn flour dissolved in ½ cup water)
- Garlic rice - 3 cups
- Pickled cucumber - 1 cup
- Fried egg - for garnish
- Green onions - for garnish; chopped
- Sesame seeds - for garnish
For Pickled Cucumber
- Cucumber - 1 cup; grated
- Vinegar - 1 cup
- Water - ½ cup
- Salt - ½ tsp
Heat K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks and per instructions on pack.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add onion, bell pepper and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, red chilli flakes, salt, black pepper powder and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks to the veggies and cook for a minute.
Add slurry and cook until fully glazed. Your Stir-fry Chicken is ready.
Dish out half portion of garlic rice, place stir-fried chicken on one side and pickled cucumber on the other side of the serving plate.
Top in with fried egg, sprinkle green onion and sesame seeds.
Chicken Tikka Rice Bowl is ready. Serve.
For Pickled Cucumber
In a bowl add vinegar, water, salt and mix well. Add cucumber shavings and soak for 1 hour before using. Pickled Cucumber is ready.

- Rice - 3 cups; boiled
- Sesame oil - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Green onion - ¼ cup; chopped
In a pan heat oil, add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add boiled rice and give it a good mix.
Add sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and mix well. Add chopped green onions. Garlic Rice is ready.
