Ingredients
- K&N’s Chicken Tikka Chunks - 200g
- Cooking oil - 3 tbsp
- Penne pasta - 2 cups; boiled
- Garlic - 1½ tbsp; finely chopped
- Onion - ½ cup; chopped
- Tomato puree - ½ cup
- Salt - to taste
- White pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
- Red chilli powder - ½ tsp
- Oregano - 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilli - ½ tsp
- Water - ½ cup
- Chilli sauce - 3 tbsp
- Cream - 3 tbsp
- Vegetables - as required; sautéed
Saute Vegetables
- Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
- Onion - ¼ cup; sliced
- Bell pepper (Red, Green and Yellow) - ½ cup; sliced
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
Method
Heat K&N's Chicken Tikka Chunks as per instructions on pack and set aside.
In boiling water add salt, oil and boil Penne pasta. Strain and set aside.
In separate pan add oil, sliced onion, bell pepper, salt, black pepper powder, and sauté.
In another pan add oil and sauté garlic and onion. Add tomato puree, salt, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, oregano, crushed red chilli, and mix.
Add water, chilli sauce, cream, and cook till sauce thickens.
Add Tikka Chunks, sautéed vegetables and boiled penne pasta. Mix, garnish and serve.
