Ingredients
- K&N’s Combo Wings - 10-12 wings
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
- Hot sauce - ½ cup
- Cayenne pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Green onion - for garnishing; chopped
Method
In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for a minute.
Add hot sauce and simmer over low flame for a minute.
Mix in cayenne pepper thoroughly.
Fry K&N’s Combo Wings as per instructions on pack.
Add K&N’s Combo Wings to the sauce and toss till fully coated.
Buffalo chicken wings are ready. Sprinkle green onions and serve.
