Dragon Chicken Wings with Fried Rice

Ingredients
  • K&N's Combo Wings - 425g
  • Red bell pepper - 1 cup; diced
  • Green onion - for garnish; chopped
  • White sesame seeds - for garnish

 

For Dragon Sauce:

  • Chilli oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp; grated
  • Brown sugar - 1 cup
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sriracha sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste - 1/3 cup
  • Water - 1 cup

 

Method

Prepare K&N's Combo Wings as per instructions on pack.

Add sautéed red bell pepper, prepared K&N's Combo Wings in dragon sauce and mix well.

Garnish it with white sesame seeds.

Dragon chicken wings are ready and serve with fried rice.

 

For Dragon Sauce:

Heat chilli oil in a pan, add garlic, and sauté for a minute.

Add tomato paste, brown sugar, red chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, sriracha sauce and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

Add water and mix well.Your dragon sauce is ready.

 

Fried Rice:
Ingredients
  • Oil - ½ cup
  • Egg omelette- of 2 eggs
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
  • Rice - 1 cup; boiled
  • Salt - to taste
  • Carrot - ½ cup; finely chopped
  • Bell pepper - ½ cup; finely chopped
  • Green onion - for garnish
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tsp

 

Method

In a pan bring water to boil, add rice, salt, one tbsp oil and cook until 80% done.

In another pan heat oil and sauté garlic. Add carrot, bell pepper and cook for a minute. Add boiled rice, black pepper powder, soy sauce, omelette and green onion. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Your rice is ready. Serve with dragon wings and enjoy.
