- K&N’s Combo Wings - 498g
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Water - ¼ cup
- Red chilli powder - ½ tsp
- Salt - ¼ tsp or to taste
- Tandoori masala - 2 tbsp
- Yogurt - ½ cup
- Whole spice mix - ¼ tsp
- Coriander leaves - for garnish
- Onion - for garnish
Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
Add water, red chilli powder, salt, tandoori masala and cook for a minute over low flame.
Add yogurt and whole spice mix. Cook until sauce has thickened.
Prepare K&N’s Combo Wings as per instructions on pack. Add to the tandoori masala and toss well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and onion. Serve with cheese sauce and enjoy.

- Butter - 2 tbsp
- All-purpose flour - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 1½ cup
- Salt - ½ tsp or to taste
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp
- White pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup; grated
Heat oil in a pan and add butter and let it melt. Add all-purpose flour and cook on low flame for a minute.
Add milk, salt, garlic powder and white pepper powder and cook for 3-4 minutes over medium-low flame.
Add cheddar cheese and cook until the cheese melts. Your cheese sauce is ready. Set aside.
