- K&N's Combo Wings - 425g
- K&N’s Stok - 1 cube
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Water - 2 cups
- Onion - 1 cup; finely chopped
- Garlic - 1 tbsp; minced
- Mushrooms - 1/2 cup; finely sliced
- Salt - to taste
- White pepper powder - ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
- Cream - 1/2 cup
- Thyme - 1/2 tsp; dried
Prepare K&N’s Combo Wings as per instructions on pack.
In a pan heat olive oil, add butter, garlic and cook for a minute. Add onion and cook for another minute.
Add mushrooms and fry until golden-brown.
Add water and K&N’s Stok. Season it with salt, white pepper powder, black pepper powder and thyme.
Add cream and let simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add K&N’s Combo Wings in the gravy; mix well and set aside.

- Garlic - 1 tbsp; minced
- Rice - 2 cups; boiled
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
In a pan, add olive oil; add garlic and sauté until golden brown.
Add boiled rice and mix it well.
Add black pepper powder, soy sauce and salt; cover and let simmer for 5 to 6 minutes.
Your rice is ready; serve with mushroom gravy and enjoy.
