Ingredients
- K&N’s Croquettes - 18-20 croquettes
- Fettuccine pasta - 1 pack; boiled
- All-purpose flour - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 2½ cups
- Cream - 1 cup
- Red chilli flakes - ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Butter - 3 tbsp
- Oregano - ½ tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Thyme - ½ tsp
- Cheddar cheese - ½ cup; shredded
Method
In a pan, melt butter; add flour and cook until fragrant.
Add milk and cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring.
Add cream, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder, oregano, salt, and thyme. Mix it well.
Add fettuccine pasta and cook for a minute.
In a baking dish, place the prepared pasta. Add a layer of cheddar cheese and sprinkle red chilli flakes.
Fry K&N’s Croquettes as per instructions on pack and place them on top of the prepared pasta.
Bake it in a preheated oven, at 160°C, for 7-8 minutes or until cheese melts.
