Ingredients
- K&N's Croquettes - 25-27 croquettes
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 tbsp; crushed
- Black Mushrooms - ½ cup; sliced
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Yellow Mustard - 2 tsp
- Cream - ½ cup
- Chicken Stock - ¼ cup; ¼ cube K&N's Stok dissolved in ¼ cup water
- Basil Leaves - 1 tsp
Method
Melt butter in a pan, add garlic and sauté for about half a minute.
Add black mushrooms, vinegar, yellow mustard, cream and chicken stock, while stirring continuously.
Let simmer. Take off stove and add basil leaves.
Deep fry K&N's Croquettes as per instructions on pack.
In a platter, arrange Croquettes and pour sauce over them to serve.
