Ingredients
  • K&N's Croquettes - 25-27 croquettes
  • Butter - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic - 2 tbsp; crushed
  • Black Mushrooms - ½ cup; sliced
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Yellow Mustard - 2 tsp
  • Cream - ½ cup
  • Chicken Stock - ¼ cup; ¼ cube K&N's Stok dissolved in ¼ cup water
  • Basil Leaves - 1 tsp

 

Method

Melt butter in a pan, add garlic and sauté for about half a minute.

Add black mushrooms, vinegar, yellow mustard, cream and chicken stock, while stirring continuously.

Let simmer. Take off stove and add basil leaves.

Deep fry K&N's Croquettes as per instructions on pack.

In a platter, arrange Croquettes and pour sauce over them to serve.
