- K&N’s Croquettes - 8-10 croquettes
- Oil - as required
- Bread slices - as required
- Sandwich sauce - as required
- Prepared omelet - as required
- Ketchup - as required
- Cabbage - as required; shredded
For Omelet:
- Eggs - 2
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
- White pepper powder - ¼ tsp
- Carrot - ¼ cup; julienned
- Cabbage - ¼ cup; julienned
- Green onions - 2 tbsp; chopped
- Green chillies - 1-2; diagonal cut
- Butter - 2 tbsp
Brush oil in a pan, toast bread slices evenly and set aside.
Fry K&N’s Croquettes as per instructions on pack.
Drizzle sandwich sauce on a toasted slice and place omelet. Add a layer of croquettes, drizzle ketchup and top it with a layer of cabbage.
Place another omelet on top, drizzle sandwich sauce and cover it with another toasted slice.
Place the sandwich on foil paper and cut it into half. Your Croquettes sandwich is ready.
For Omelet:
In a bowl add eggs, salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder and whisk properly.
Add carrot, cabbage, green onions and green chillies. Mix well.
Melt butter in a pan and add egg mixture. Give it a square shape and cook each side for 2-3 minutes on low medium flame. Set aside.
- Mayonnaise - ½ cup
- Cream - ¼ cup
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Tabasco sauce - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- White pepper powder - ¼ tsp
- Red chilli flakes - ¼ tsp
In a bowl add mayonnaise, cream, lemon juice, tabasco sauce, salt, white pepper powder and red chilli flakes.
Whisk all ingredients well and your sandwich sauce is ready.
