Ingredients
- K&N's Croquettes - 10 croquettes
- Onion - 1; julienned
- Green bell pepper- 1; julienned
- Red bell pepper- 1; julienned
- Red Cabbage - 1 cup; julienned
- Button Mushroom - 4 pieces; sliced
- Lemon Grass - ½ tsp; chopped
- Bird's Eye Chilli - 5; cut in halves
- Oyster Sauce - ½ tbsp
- Fish Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 pinch or to taste
- White Pepper - ½ tsp
- Sesame Oil - 1 tbsp
Method
Fry K&N's Croquettes as per instructions on pack and cut into two slices.
Mix all the ingredients together with Croquettes in a mixing bowl.
Transfer into a salad bowl and refrigerate for an hour.
Serve chilled.
