Ingredients
- K&N’s Croquettes - as required
- Tortilla - 4-5
- Carrot - 1 cup; julienned
- Cabbage - 1 cup; thinly sliced
- Cucumber - 1 cup; julienned
- Vinegar - ¼ cup
- Brown sugar - ¼ cup
- Salt - ½ tsp or to taste
- Black pepper powder - ½ tsp or to taste
Method
In a bowl, add carrots, cabbage, cucumber, vinegar, brown sugar, salt and toss well.
Fry K&N’s Croquettes as per instructions on pack.
Take a tortilla and place vegetable filling horizontally in the middle of the wrap,
Place croquettes on the vegetable filling in a vertical line and wrap the tortilla sheets making a roll shape.
Toast the rolls on a preheated pan until golden in color.
Your vegetable croquette rolls are ready to serve.
Peanut Sauce
Ingredients
- Peanut butter - ½ cup
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Ginger - 1 tbsp; grated
- Garlic - 1 tbsp; grated
- Peanut - 1 tbsp; toasted and crushed
- Water - ¼ cup; boiling
Method
In a bowl, add peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, peanuts, boiling water and whisk well. Your peanut sauce is ready.
