Ingredients
- K&N’s Fajita Toppingz ‘n Fillingz - as required
- K&N’s Stok - 1 cube
- Pasta - 1 cup; boiled
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tsp
- Onion -½ cup; sliced
- Tomato puree - ½ cup
- Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
- Salt - to taste
- White pepper powder - ½ tsp
- Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
- Green bell pepper - ½ cup; julienned
- Yellow bell pepper - ½ cup; julienned
- Red bell pepper - ½ cup; julienned
- Cheddar cheese - as required; grated
- Oregano - 1 tsp; dried
Method
Thaw K&N’s Fajita Toppingz 'n Fillingz as per instructions on pack and set aside.
In a skillet, heat oil, add garlic and onion; sauté for a minute.
Add tomato puree, K&N’s Stok cube, black pepper powder, salt, white pepper powder, chilli sauce, oyster sauce and cook for 5 - 6 minutes.
Add boiled pasta and K&N’s Fajita Toppingz 'n Fillingz, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper and cook for another 2 - 3 minutes.
Add cheddar cheese and oregano on top; give it a good mix.
Cover and cook on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
Your tasty cheesy fajita pasta is ready to serve.
