Ingredients
  • K&N’s Fajita Toppingz ‘n Fillingz - as required
  • Onion - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Green bell pepper - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Red bell pepper - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Green chillies - 1 tbsp; chopped
  • Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Samosa patti - 1 pack
  • Eggs - 2; beaten
  • Breadcrumbs - as required
  • Slurry - as required (2 tbsp of all-purpose flour dissolved in ½ cup water)
  • Oil - for frying

 

Method

In a pan, heat oil, add onion and sauté for a minute.

Add green and yellow bell pepper, green chillies, chilli sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add K&N’s Fajita Toppingz 'n Fillingz and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Your filling is ready. Set aside.

Take a samosa Patti (sheet) and fold it by using slurry at the corner.

Fill with prepared K&N’s Fajita Toppingz 'n Fillingz and seal the edges using slurry.

Dip prepared samosas in eggs and then coat with bread crumbs.

In a pan, heat oil and fry samosas until light golden brown.

Serve your tasty crumbed fajita samosas with sauce of your own choice and enjoy.

 
Sweet and Sour Sauce:
Ingredients
  • Sugar - ¼ cup
  • Garlic - 1 tsp; chopped
  • Ginger - 1 tsp; chopped
  • Red chilli flakes - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Water - ¼ cup
  • Ketchup - 2 tsp
  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp

 

Method

In a pan add sugar, garlic, ginger, red chilli flakes, salt, apple cider vinegar, water and ketchup.

Cook for at least 5 minutes, then add cons flour dissolved in water and cook for another 2 minutes and whisk well.
