Ingredients
  • K&N’s Fajita Toppingz 'n Fillingz - 650 g
  • Prepared dough - as required
  • Potato and veggies mixture - as required
  • Cheddar cheese - as required; shredded
  • Eggs - 1; for egg wash
  • White sesame seeds - for sprinkle
  • Black sesame seeds - for sprinkle
  • Oil - for greasing pan

 

For Dough

  • All-purpose flour - 4 cups
  • Yeast - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Egg - 1
  • Butter - ¼ cup; melted
  • Lukewarm milk - as required

 

Method

Heat K&N’s Fajita Toppingz 'n Fillingz as per instructions on pack.

Divide prepared dough into two equal parts and roll each into a flat circle.

Transfer rolled dough on a greased baking pan and spread a layer of potato veggies mixture.

Top with K&N’s Fajita Toppingz 'n Fillingz and add a layer of cheddar cheese on top.

Place another dough circle on top and seal the edges. Make marks on top using a cutter.

Brush egg and sprinkle white and black sesame seeds.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-30 minutes.

Spicy Chicken Stuffed Bread is ready. Serve.

 

For Dough

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into soft dough. Cover with cling flim and let it rest until it doubles in size.

 

 
Potato And Veggie Mixture:
Ingredients
  • Potatoes - 500 g; boiled & mashed
  • Bell pepper - ½ cup; chopped
  • Carrot - ½ cup; grated
  • Peas - ½ cup; boiled
  • Corns - ½ cup; boiled & chopped
  • Cabbage - ½ cup; chopped
  • Red chilli flakes - 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder - ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Oregano - ½ tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp / to taste

 

Method

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
