Ingredients
- K&N's Fiery Fingers - 400 grams
- Cooking oil - As required
- Black Pepper - ½ tsp
- Cloves - 10
- Rice - 1 cup; pre-soaked
- Raisins - 1 tbsp
- Whole Spice powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - As required
- K&N's Stok - 1 cube, dissolved in one cup water
- Water - 2 cups
- Green Chilli - 1 tbsp; chopped
- Yellow Food Colour - 1 tsp
- Hot Sauce - As required
Method
Heat oil in a pan and slightly roast black pepper and cloves. Then add pre-soaked rice and mix.
Add raisins, whole spice powder, salt, and chicken stock, and stir to mix. Add water and cover to cook until 3/4th done.
Then add green chilli and food color, and cook on steam until fully done.
Fry K&N's Fiery Fingers as per instructions on pack.
Dish out cooked rice, and lay the prepared Fiery Fingers. Serve with hot sauce or condiments of your choice.
Hot Sauce:
Ingredients
- Chilli sauce - ¼ cup
- Tomato Ketchup - ½ cup
- Chill garlic sauce - ½ cup

Mix all ingredients to make hot sauce.
