Ingredients
- K&N’s Fiery Fingers - 780g
- Spaghetti - 200g; boiled
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
- Onion - ¼ cup; chopped
- All-purpose flour – 1½ tbsp
- Milk - 1 cup
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Pesto sauce - ½ cup
- Parmesan cheese powder - ¼ cup
Method
In a pan heat olive oil and butter, add garlic, onion and sauté for a minute. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes. Add milk and stir well.
Add heavy cream, pesto sauce, parmesan cheese powder; stir and cook until rich and creamy.
Add boiled spaghetti and mix well.
Fry K&N’s Fiery Fingers as per instructions on pack. Add to the prepared pasta.
Your Creamy Pesto Chicken Pasta is ready to serve.
Pesto Sauce:
Ingredients
- Basil leaves - 1½ cup
- Parmesan cheese powder - ½ cup
- Cashew nuts - 8-10
- Garlic cloves - 3
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Black pepper - 1 tsp; crushed
- Water - ½ cup
- Olive oil - 1 cup
Method
In a blender add all the ingredients and blend well until fine paste is formed. Your pesto sauce is ready.
