- K&N's Fiery Fingers - 400 grams
- Potatoes - 4; sliced for fries
- Water - as required
- Oil - as required for frying
- Onion - 1 cup; sliced
- Red Bell Pepper - 1 cup; julienned
- Green Bell Pepper - 1 cup; julienned
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
- Cumin Powder - ½ tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
- Oregano - ½ tsp
- Garlic Powder - ½ tsp
- Mozzarella Cheese - ¾ cup; grated
- Black Olives - for garnishing
Cut and soak potatoes in cold water for 15-20 minutes and then shift to hot water and soak for another 10-15 minutes. Strain and set to freeze for 2 hours. Deep fry for crispy French fries.
In a pan sauté onion, red and green bell pepper, salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, and oregano and garlic powder. Continue mixing while frying.
Fry K&N's Fiery Fingers as per instructions on pack.
Layer a serving dish with a bed of French fries and cover with sautéed vegetables. Lay fried Fiery Fingers on top and generously sprinkle cheese.
Garnish with olives and heat Fiery Pizza Fries in a microwave oven for 1 minute to melt cheese. Serve hot.
