Ingredients
  • K&N's Fiery Fingers - 400 grams
  • Potatoes - 4; sliced for fries
  • Water - as required
  • Oil - as required for frying
  • Onion - 1 cup; sliced
  • Red Bell Pepper - 1 cup; julienned
  • Green Bell Pepper - 1 cup; julienned
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
  • Cumin Powder - ½ tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
  • Oregano - ½ tsp
  • Garlic Powder - ½ tsp
  • Mozzarella Cheese - ¾ cup; grated
  • Black Olives - for garnishing

 

Method

Cut and soak potatoes in cold water for 15-20 minutes and then shift to hot water and soak for another 10-15 minutes. Strain and set to freeze for 2 hours. Deep fry for crispy French fries.

In a pan sauté onion, red and green bell pepper, salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, and oregano and garlic powder. Continue mixing while frying.

Fry K&N's Fiery Fingers as per instructions on pack.

Layer a serving dish with a bed of French fries and cover with sautéed vegetables. Lay fried Fiery Fingers on top and generously sprinkle cheese.

Garnish with olives and heat Fiery Pizza Fries in a microwave oven for 1 minute to melt cheese. Serve hot.
