- K&N’s Fiery Fingers - 15-18 pieces
- Burger buns - 3-4; toasted
- Honey mustard sauce - 1 cup
- Lettuce leaves - a bunch
- Mozzarella cheese patties - 3-4
- Cheddar cheese slices - 3-4
- Jalapenos - 2-3; sliced
- Tomato - 1; sliced
For Honey Mustard Sauce:
- Mayonnaise - 1 cup
- Mustard paste - 1 tbsp
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - ½ tsp / to taste
Fry K&N’s Fiery Fingers as per instructions on pack.
Spread honey mustard sauce on base of toasted bun and lay lettuce leaves.
Place mozzarella cheese patty, cheddar cheese slice, jalapeno and top with K&N’s Fiery Fingers, tomatoes and drizzle honey mustard sauce.
Place bun top on the assembled burger. Loaded Fiery Burger is ready to serve.
For Honey Mustard Sauce:
In a bowl, add mayonnaise, mustard paste, honey, black pepper powder, salt, and mix well. Honey mustard sauce is ready.
- Mozzarella cheese blocks - 3
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- Beaten eggs - as required
- Bread crumbs - as required
- Oil - for frying
Make thick slices of mozzarella cheese blocks.
Coat each mozzarella block with all-purpose flour, dip in beaten eggs and coat in breadcrumbs. Double coat if needed.
Deep fry coated cheese patties until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
