Ingredients
  • K&N’s Fiery Fingers - 7-8 pieces
  • Spinach - 4 cups; chopped
  • Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese - as required; shredded
  • Sweet corn - as required
  • Italian seasoning - as required
  • Red chilli flakes - as required
  • Coriander - ½ cup; chopped
  • Onion - ½ cup; finely chopped
  • All-purpose flour - ½ cup
  • Rice flour – ¼ cup
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Baking soda - ¼ tsp
  • Water - as required
  • Oil - 1 tbsp

 

Method

In a bowl add spinach, coriander, onion, all-purpose flour, rice flour, and mix well.

Add red chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and combine well.

Gradually add water and stir well to form paste. Add baking soda and give it a good mix.

In a pan, heat oil and with the help of ladle spread the mixture on the pan making 6-inch pancake.

Cover with lid and cook each side on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

Fry K&N’s Fiery Fingers as per instructions on the pack. Cut into pieces.

Top it with mozzarella and cheddar cheese, sweet corn, K&N’s Fiery FingersItalian seasoning and red chilli flakes. Cover & cook on low flame until cheese melts.

Your Spinach Pancakes are ready.
