Method

Thaw K&N's Frankfurter Sausage as per instructions on pack.

Heat oil in pan on high flame.

Add Frankfurter Sausage and cook, turning occasionally, until brown all over. Slice into 1-inch pieces.

Combine salad greens, tomatoes, cucumber, onions and Frankfurters with cream cheese. Drizzle with the dressing.

Garnish salad with tarragon leaves, spring onions and a final dash of coarse black pepper.

  • Low-fat mayonnaise - ¾ cup
  • Sour cream - ¾ cup
  • Tarragon vinegar - ¼ cup
  • Fresh tarragon leaves - 2 tbsp and more for garnishing
  • Chives - 2 tbsp; chopped
  • Fresh flat-leaf parsley - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Black pepper - ¼ tsp; ground
Method

Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender and blend well.
