Ingredients
- K&N's Frankfurter Sausage - 8 sausages
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Onion - ¼ cup; chopped
- Garlic - 2 tsp; chopped
- Avocado - ¼ cup; sliced
- Flour - 1½ tbsp
- Chick peas - 1 cup; boiled
- Baby corn - ¼ cup; cut into cubes
- Chicken stock - 10 cups; 5 cubes K&N's Stok dissolved in 10 cups water
- Salt - 2 tsp or to taste
- Oregano leaves - ½ tsp; crushed
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Cream - 1 cup
- Parsley - 1 tsp; chopped
Method
Slightly thaw K&N's Frankfurter Sausage as per instructions on pack and cut in slices.
In a wok, melt butter and add onion, garlic, avocado and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Add flour and mix well.
Add sliced sausages, chick peas, baby corns, chicken stock while stirring continuously.
Leave to cook for 10 - 15 minutes.
Add salt, oregano leaves and stir to mix. Then add soy sauce and cook till soup comes to boil.
Add cream and stir well to mix.
Add parsley and cook till slightly thicker.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
