Ingredients
- K&N's Frankfurter Sausage - 2 sausages
- Cream cheese - 1 cup
- Mixed salad greens - 225 grams
- Ripe tomatoes - 250 grams; thinly sliced
- Cucumber - 1; sliced
- Small red onion - 1; thinly sliced
- Tarragon leaves - as required; for garnishing
- Spring onions - as required; for garnishing
- Black Pepper - as required
Method
Thaw K&N's Frankfurter Sausage as per instructions on pack.
Heat oil in pan on high flame.
Add Frankfurter Sausage and cook, turning occasionally, until brown all over. Slice into 1-inch pieces.
Combine salad greens, tomatoes, cucumber, onions and Frankfurters with cream cheese. Drizzle with the dressing.
Garnish salad with tarragon leaves, spring onions and a final dash of coarse black pepper.

- Low-fat mayonnaise - ¾ cup
- Sour cream - ¾ cup
- Tarragon vinegar - ¼ cup
- Fresh tarragon leaves - 2 tbsp and more for garnishing
- Chives - 2 tbsp; chopped
- Fresh flat-leaf parsley - ¼ cup; chopped
- Black pepper - ¼ tsp; ground
Method
Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender and blend well.
