Ingredients
  • K&N's Frankfurter Sausage - 4 sausages
  • Oil - for greasing
  • Flour - 1 tsp
  • Pizza dough - 4 servings
  • Pizza sauce - as required
  • Onion - julienned; as required
  • Mozzarella cheese - as required; grated
  • Cheddar cheese - as required; grated
  • Bell pepper - as required; julienned
  • Jalapeno rings - as required
  • Black olives - as required
  • Oregano - as required
  • Crushed red chillies - as required

 

Method

Thaw K&N's Frankfurter Sausages as per instructions on pack, cut into slices and set aside.

Place flattened pizza dough in baking pan, prick with fork, and spread pizza sauce.

Generously top with onions, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, Frankfurter Sausages, bell pepper, jalapeno rings, black olives, crushed red chillies, and bake at 190°C for 20 minutes.

Serve warm with condiments of your choice.

 

Pizza Sauce:
Ingredients
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 tbsp; chopped
  • Onion - ½ cup; chopped
  • Tomatoes - 1 cup; peeled and boiled
  • Oregano - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Crushed red chilli - ½ tsp
  • Dried basil - ½ tsp
  • Ketchup -¼ cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water – ¼ cup

 

Method

Heat olive oil; add garlic, onion, peeled and boiled tomatoes and simmer. Add oregano, black pepper powder, crushed red chilli, dried basil, ketchup and salt. Add water and cook for the 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
