Ingredients
  • K&N's Frankfurter Sausage - 4 sausages
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • All purpose flour - 2 tbsp
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • White pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Black pepper - ½ tsp; crushed
  • Salt - to taste
  • Cream cheese - ½ cup
  • Cheddar cheese - ¼ cup
  • Mozzarella cheese - ¼ cup
  • Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup
  • Elbow macaroni - 2 cups; boiled

 

Method

Thaw K&N's Frankfurter Sausage as per instructions on pack, slice and set aside.

Heat butter and add flour. Gradually mix milk and add white pepper, black pepper and salt. Continue to stir till sauce thickens.

Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Stir till cheese melts.

Mix in boiled macaroni and sliced Frankfurter Sausages.

Dish out and garnish with fresh coriander and olives to serve.
