- K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage - 9-10 sausages
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 1 cup; sliced
- Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
- Chicken stock - ½ cup
- Dried thyme - 1 tsp
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Cheddar cheese - 1½ cups; grated
- Cream cheese - ½ cup
- Cream - ½ cup
- Plain buns - 4
Thaw K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage as per instructions on pack and chop into small cubes.
Melt butter in a pan; add onion and garlic, cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add chicken stock, dried thyme, salt, black pepper powder and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add cheddar cheese, cream cheese, cream and mix well.
Add chopped K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage into the prepared mixture and mix well.
Remove the top of plain buns and empty the bread from inside making a bowl.
Pour prepared mixture in the bun and transfer bread bowls to a greased baking pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 2-3 minutes. Mini French onion bread bowls are ready.
