- K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage - 8-10 sausages
- Puff Pastry dough - as required
- Scrambled eggs - of 5 eggs
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup; grated
- Egg wash - of 1 egg
- Black pepper powder - as required
Thaw K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage as per instructions on pack.
Cut puff pastry into 9 equal parts in square shape. Add a layer of scrambled eggs on dough, top it with cheddar cheese and place K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage.
Roll the pastry dough to make a roll shape.
Place on a greased baking tray, brush with egg wash and sprinkle black pepper powder on each roll.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Take out of the oven, Sausage Egg Roll is ready.
- Eggs - 5
- Milk - ½ cup
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tsp
In a bowl; add eggs, milk, black pepper powder, salt and whisk well.
Heat oil in a pan and add egg mixture. Cook and scramble until eggs are fully done. Turn off flame and set aside.
