Ingredients
  • K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage - 5 sausages
  • Egg white - 3; beaten
  • Sugar - 2½ tbsp
  • Milk - ½ cup
  • Butter - 2 tbsp; melted
  • Egg yolk - 1
  • All-purpose flour - ¾ cup
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Baking powder - ½ tsp
  • Baking soda - ¼ tsp
  • Green bell pepper - ½ cup; chopped
  • Red bell pepper - ½ cup; chopped
  • Yellow bell pepper - ½ cup; chopped
  • Ketchup - as required
  • Honey mustard sauce - as required

 

Method

Prepare K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage as per instructions on pack.

In a bowl, add egg white, sugar and beat until foamy. Set aside.

In another bowl, add milk, butter, egg yolk and whisk well.

Add all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda; whisk together until fine batter is formed without lumps. Add egg white mixture into the prepared batter.

Preheat a non-stick pan and grease with butter. Pour 2 scoops full of batter and let the bubbles form on top of it.

 

Method 1:

Take 3 K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage and cut them into small chunks.

Sprinkle K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage chunks, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper on the pancake.

Flip and cook for 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.

 

Method 2:

Place K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage in the center, fold the pancake inwards and press from both sides. The pancake batter will stick to the sausage.

Add a few drops of water in the pan, cover with lid and let it cook for at least 2-3 minutes on low flame until fully cooked.

Place on a serving dish, drizzle ketchup and honey mustard. Serve.
