- K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage - 10-12 sausages
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
- Onion - ½ cup; chopped
- Green bell pepper - 1 cup; cubed
- Red bell pepper - 1 cup; cubed
- Crispy potatoes - as required
- Zucchini - 1 cup; diced
- Italian seasoning - 1 tbsp
- Paprika powder - 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
Thaw K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage as per instructions on pack and cut into slices.
In a skillet, heat oil and melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for a minute.
Add onion and cook for another minute.
Add green bell pepper, red bell pepper, zucchini and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Season with Italian seasoning and paprika powder; mix well.
Add K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage, crispy potatoes and stir well. Cook for a minute or two.
Add black pepper powder, salt and mix well. Cook until veggies are done. Sausage Vegetable Skillet is ready.

In a skillet, heat olive oil and melt butter over medium-high heat.
Add potatoes and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Season with black pepper powder, garlic powder, salt and stir well. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until crispy and set aside.
