Ingredients
- K&N’S Fun Nuggets - 8-10 nuggets
- Burger bun - 4
- Oil - for frying
- Pizza sauce - ½ cup
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup; grated
- Bell pepper - ½ cup; diced
- Onion - ½ cup; diced
- Tomato - ½ cup; diced
- Black olives - ¼ cup; sliced
Method
On one half of the burger bun spread pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Fry K&N’s Fun Nuggets as per instructions on pack.
Lay fried Fun Nuggets on the bun, covering the surface. Top it with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, black olives or any other vegetable of your choice.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
