- K&N’s Haray Bharay Nuggets - 14-16 nuggets
- Seasoned macaroni - as required
- Seasoned salad - as required
- Greek yogurt - 1/3 cup
- Fresh parsley - 2 tbsp; chopped
For Seasoned Salad:
- Tomato - 1 cup; cubed
- Cucumber - 1 cup; cubed
- Onion - ½ cup; cubed
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Moroccan seasoning - ½ tbsp
For Seasoned Macaroni:
- Water - as required
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Macaroni - 2 cups
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Moroccan seasoning - 1 tbsp
Fry K&N’s Haray Bharay Nuggets as per instructions on pack and cut into half.
In a bowl, add a layer of seasoned macaroni, seasoned salad and top it with prepared K&N’s Haray Bharay Nuggets.
Add a spoonful of greek yogurt and garnish it with parsley. Moroccan macaroni salad bowl is ready to serve.
For Seasoned Salad:
In a bowl add tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olive oil, vinegar and Moroccan seasoning; toss well. Your seasoned salad is ready.
For Seasoned Macaroni:
In a pot heat water and add salt, oil; bring to a boil. Add macaroni and boil until fully done. Strain and set aside.
Melt butter in a pan, add olive oil, boiled macaroni, Moroccan seasoning and toss it well. Your seasoned macaroni is ready.
- Cinnamon powder - 1 tbsp
- Paprika powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Nutmeg powder - ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1½ tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Cayenne pepper - ½ tsp
Add all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and set aside. Moroccan seasoning is ready.
