Ingredients
  • K&N's Jumbo Frank Sausage with cheese and onion - 4 sausages
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Flour - 2 tbsp
  • Milk - 3 cups; warmed
  • Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  • Onions - 2 tbsp; chopped
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Parsley - ½ tsp; chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
  • Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp
 
Method

Slice frozen K&N's Jumbo Frank Sausage and set aside.

In a pan, heat butter on low heat. Add flour and stir for 2 minutes.

Pour warm milk. Mix well and add red chilli flakes, onions, black pepper powder, salt, parsley and stir.

Add the sliced sausages and mix well.

Add ½ cup cheese to the pan and stir on low heat.

Transfer mixture to a baking dish, and top with ½ cup cheese and bread crumbs.

Bake in a preheated oven for 5 minutes, at 250°C.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
