Ingredients
  • K&N's Jumbo Frank Sausage with cheese and onion - 2 sausages
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Onion - ½; finely diced
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp; crushed
  • Mushrooms - 50 grams; sliced
  • Oyster sauce - 3 tbsp
  • Water - ½ cup
  • Capsicums and onions - 2 tbsp each; julienned
  • Tomatoes - 1 tbsp; julienned
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
 
Method

Thaw K&N's Jumbo Frank Sausage as per instructions on pack and cut into slices.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan.

Add garlic and onion and fry until they begin to caramelize.

Add thawed Jumbo Frank Sausage into pan, cook for few minutes.

Add mushrooms, capsicums and onions and cook for 5 minutes or until cooked through.

Turn down the heat. Add water and oyster sauce and let simmer for few minutes. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, and cook until sauce is smooth in texture.

Serve with egg fried rice.
