Ingredients
  • K&N’s Kabab Tikki - 16 kababs
  • Pickled vegetables of your choice - as required; thinly sliced
  • Pita bread - 2
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt or mayo - as required
  • Green chutney - as required
 
Method

Prepare K&N’s Kabab Tikki as per instructions on pack.

Thinly slice the pickled vegetables.

Add green chutney to yogurt or mayo to make a sauce.

Heat pita bread in a pan and cut into 4 equal parts.

Place 2 K&N’s Kabab Tikki on each pita quarter. Layer the pickled vegetables on top and drizzle green sauce.
