Ingredients
- K&N’s Kabab Tikki - 16 kababs
- Pickled vegetables of your choice - as required; thinly sliced
- Pita bread - 2
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Yogurt or mayo - as required
- Green chutney - as required
Method
Prepare K&N’s Kabab Tikki as per instructions on pack.
Thinly slice the pickled vegetables.
Add green chutney to yogurt or mayo to make a sauce.
Heat pita bread in a pan and cut into 4 equal parts.
Place 2 K&N’s Kabab Tikki on each pita quarter. Layer the pickled vegetables on top and drizzle green sauce.
