Kabab Stuffed Momos

Ingredients
  • K&N’s Kafta Kabab - 12-15 kababs
  • Dough – as required
  • Vegetable filling - as required
  • Chilli sauce - as required
 
Method

Thaw K&N’s Kafta Kabab as per instructions on pack.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and make dough balls of each portion.

Roll out each dough ball into a flat circle and cut small dough circles from it.

Place the vegetable filling and Kafta Kabab on the dough circles. Bring the edges together of the dough and twist to seal it.

Place a butter paper in the steamer and grease with oil.

Steam the prepared momos in a steamer for 10 minutes. Kabab Stuffed Momos are ready.

Serve with Chilli Sauce and enjoy.

 

Vegetable Filling
Ingredients

  • Cabbage - ½ cup; finely chopped
  • Carrot - ½ cup; finely chopped
  • Onion - ¼ cup; finely chopped
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Soy sauce - ½ tbsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp

Method

In a bowl add cabbage, carrot, onion, oil, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, cornflour, and mix well. Your vegetable filling is ready. Set aside.

 
Chilli Sauce
Ingredients
  • Red chillies - 4-5
  • Garlic cloves - 5-6
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
Method

In a glass jar add all the ingredients and blend well. Your chilli sauce is ready. Set aside.
