- K&N's Kafta Kabab - 15-18 kababs
- Lasagna sheets – 12; boiled
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 1 medium; chopped
- Garlic - 3 cloves; chopped
- Black pepper - 1 tsp; crushed
- Red chilli - 1 tsp; crushed
- Lemon zest - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Spinach - 1 cup; chopped
- Pasta sauce - as required
- Cheese mixture - as required
- Mozzarella cheese - ½ cup; grated
- Parmesan cheese - ½ cup; grated
Heat K&N's Kafta Kabab as per instructions on pack and set aside.
In a separate pan add oil and sauté onion and garlic. Add black pepper, red chilli, lemon zest, salt and spinach. Cook for few minutes and set aside.
Take a Lasagna sheet and spread pasta sauce and cheese mixture. Place a Kafta Kabab and top with cooked spinach and mozzarella cheese. Repeat with all Lasagna sheets, making rolls.
In a baking dish, spread pasta sauce and carefully place the rolls. Brush pasta sauce and add mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Serve warm.

- Parmesan cheese - 1 cup; grated
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - 1 tsp; crushed
- Eggs - 2
Mix all ingredients to make cheese mixture.
