- K&N’s Kofta Home-Style - 10-12 koftas
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Cashew nuts - 15-20
- Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
- Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Hot sauce - 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Ketchup - 2 tbsp
- Chilli garlic sauce - 1 tbsp
- Brown sugar - 2 tbsp
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Noodles - 500 g; boiled
- Sautéed vegetables - as required
- Sesame seeds - as required
- Green onion - as required; chopped
For Boiled Noodles
- Water - as required
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Noodles - 500 g
Fry K&N’s Kofta Home-Style as per instructions on pack. Set aside.
In a wok, heat oil; add cashew nuts and sauté for a minute. Add garlic and sauté for another minute.
Add red chilli flakes, stir and add soy sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, ketchup, chilli garlic sauce, brown sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
Add salt, black pepper powder and mix well.
Add noodles, sautéed vegetables, fried K&N’s Kofta and toss well on high flame for 1 minute.
Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds. Dragon Kofta Noodles are ready. Serve.
For Boiled Noodles
In a pot, heat water and add salt and oil. Bring to a boil.
Add noodles and boil until 80% done. Strain and set aside.
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Red chillies - 4-5; sliced
- Carrot - ½ cup; julienned
- Green bell pepper - ½ cup; julienned
- Onion - ½ cup; sliced
- Green onion - ½ cup
In a pan, heat oil; add red chillies and sauté for a minute.
Add carrot, green pepper, onion, green onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Turn off flame and set aside.
