Ingredients

For Masala Eggs

  • Cooking oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Eggs – 6; hard boiled

 

Method

In a pan add oil, salt, black pepper, red chilli, and turmeric. Mix and add eggs.

 
 
For Curry:
Ingredients
  • K&N's Kofta - 14-15 koftas
  • Oil – 6 tbsp
  • Whole spices (cardamom, cinnamon, cloves) – 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
  • Onion – 1 cup; chopped
  • Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies – 3-4; chopped
  • Salt – to taste
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
  • Whole spice mix – 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree – ¾ cup
  • Water – ½ cup
  • Coconut milk – ½ cup
  • Gram flour – 1 ½ tbsp

 

 

Method

Thaw K&N's Kofta as per instructions on pack and set aside.

Heat oil and add whole spices, cumin, onion, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, black pepper, whole spice mix, tomato puree and water. Mix and cover to cook for 2-3 minutes

Add coconut milk and gram flour, and mix. Add Kofta and boiled eggs, and cook for 1 minute.

Serve warm with flat bread or naan.
