Ingredients
  • K&N's Kofta - 4 koftas
  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  • Egg - 1
  • French mustard paste - ¼ tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - to taste
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • Bread crumbs - as required; for breading

 

Method

Combine all the ingredients except K&N's Kofta and bread crumbs in a bowl and make a smooth paste.

Add frozen Kofta in to the paste, coating each Kofta evenly. Marinate and keep them in a cool place for at least 15 minutes.

Bread Kofta one by one and deep fry them.

Serve with French fries, lemon slices, coleslaw, barbecue or chilli garlic sauce.
