Ingredients
- K&N’s Kofta - 10-12 koftas
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 1 cup; chopped
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Yellow bell pepper - ½ cup; chopped
- Green bell pepper - ½ cup; chopped
- Tomato puree - 2 cups
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1½ tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Paprika powder - ½ tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Eggs - 5
- Spring onion - for garnish
Method
Prepare K&N’s Kofta as per instructions on the pack.
Heat oil in a skillet and sauté onion, ginger garlic paste, yellow bell pepper and green bell pepper.
Add tomato puree and tomato paste to it. Then add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, paprika powder, sugar, cumin powder, coriander powder and mix well. Add eggs and cook on 5 – 8 minutes on low flame. Cover and cook on a medium flame for 15 minutes or until the sauce gets thick and dark.
Add K&N’s Kofta and mix well. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
