- K&N’s Kofta - 10-12 koftas
- Mashed potato mixture - as required
- All-purpose flour - 2 cups; for coating
- Beaten eggs - as required
- Breadcrumbs - 2 cups; for coating
- Oil - as required; for frying
For Spicy Sauce
- Mayonnaise - 1 cup
- Jalapenos - 3 tbsp; chopped
- Hot sauce - 1 tbsp
- Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
For Beaten Eggs
- Eggs - 3
- Salt - ½ tsp
Fry K&N’s Kofta as per instructions on pack.
Grease your hand with oil and flatten a handful of mashed potato mixture on your palm. Place K&N’s Kofta and wrap the potato mixture around it.
Coat the wrapped Kofta in all-purpose flour, beaten eggs and bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a wok and add prepared kofta. Fry until golden brown in colour. Stuffed Aloo Kofta is ready.
For Spicy Sauce
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
For Beaten Eggs
In a bowl add eggs, salt and whisk it well.
- Potatoes - 2 cups; boiled & mashed
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup; shredded
- Coriander - ½ cup
- Red chilli flakes - 1 tbsp
- White pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
In a bowl, add potato, cheddar cheese, coriander, red chilli flakes, white pepper powder and salt and mix well. Mashed potato mixture is ready.
