- K&N’s Kofta - 8-10 koftas
- Fettucine pasta - 500 g; boiled
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Sweet and sour sauce - as required
- Parsley - as required; chopped
In a pot, add water and bring to boil. Add salt, oil, and pasta. Boil until fully done. Strain and set aside.
Fry K&N’s Kofta as per instructions on pack. Set aside.
Add prepared Kofta into the sweet and sour sauce and toss until coated well.
In a dish, layer the pasta and place the Kofta on top. Drizzle sweet and sour sauce over them and sprinkle parsley.
Sweet and sour pasta is ready. Serve.
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
- Chicken stock - 2 cups; 2 K&N’s Stok cubes dissolved in 2 cups water
- Salt - ½ tsp / to taste
- Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Hot sauce - 1 tbsp
- Vinegar - 3 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup - ½ cup
- Slurry (water ¼ cup + cornstarch 1½ tbsp) - 2½ tbsp
In a pan, heat oil. Add garlic and sauté for a minute or until brown.
Add chicken stock and cook until it starts to boil.
Add salt, black pepper powder, sugar, soy sauce, hot sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium-low flame.
Gradually add slurry and stir continuously until thickened. Sweet and sour sauce is ready.
