- K&N’s Kofta Home-Style - 14-16 koftas
- Oil - ¼ cup
- Onion - 1 cup; chopped
- Green chilli paste - 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp; chopped
- Tomato puree - 1½ cup
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Tandoori masala - 1½ tbsp
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Cream - ¼ cup
- Whole spice mix - 1 tbsp
- Dried fenugreek - 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves - for garnishing; chopped
- Water - ½ cup
Fry K&N’s Kofta Home-Style as per instructions on pack and set aside.
In a skillet, heat oil; add onion, green chilli paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for another minute.
Add tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add coriander powder, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well. Add water and simmer for few minutes.
Add prepared K&N’s Kofta to the curry and cook for 2-3 minutes over low flame.
Add cream, whole spice mix and cook another 2-3 minutes.
Add dried fenugreek, mix well. Tandoori Kofta Curry is ready. Serve with garlic rice.
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
- Rice - 2 cups; boiled
- White pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Green onion - for garnishing; chopped
In a pot, heat oil and add garlic. Cook until brown.
Add boiled rice and toss well over high flame for a minute. Add white pepper powder, salt and mix well.
Garnish with green onion.
Garlic rice is ready. Serve with Tandoori Kofta Curry and enjoy.
