Breakfast Croissant Sandwich

Ingredients
  • K&N’s Mortadella Slices - 15-20 slices
  • Croissants - as required
  • Sweet chilli sauce - as required
  • Iceberg lettuce - as required
  • Scrambled eggs - 2 cups or as required
  • Avocado - as required; sliced
  • Tomatoes - as required; sliced
Method

Take croissants and cut them horizontally into two halves.

Drizzle sweet chilli sauce on one half of the croissant.

Thaw K&N’s Mortadella Slices as per instructions on pack.

Add a layer of iceberg lettuce, scrambled eggs, avocado slices, Mortadella Slices and top it with tomato slices. Cover it with the other half of the croissant.

Your Croissant sandwich is ready to serve.

 

For Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients

  • Eggs - 2
  • Milk - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp or to taste
  • White pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Butter - 1 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese - ¼ cup

Method

In a bowl add eggs, milk, salt, white pepper powder and whisk well.

In a pan, melt butter and add egg mixture. Scramble and cook until fully done. Add cheddar cheese on top, cover and cook until the cheese melts. Set aside.

 

Sweet Chilli Sauce
Ingredients
  • Mayonnaise - 1 cup
  • Hot sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Chilli garlic sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Mustard paste - 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
  • Onion - 1 tbsp; chopped
  • Honey - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - ¼ tsp / to taste
  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Method

Add all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and aside. Sweet Chilli Sauce is ready.
