- K&N’s Mortadella Slices - as required
- Bread - as required
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Red bell pepper - ¼ cup
- Green bell pepper - ¼ cup
- Onion - ¼ cup
- Eggs - 3
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper powder - ¼ tsp
- White pepper powder - ¼ tsp
- Chicken - ¾ cup; boiled & shredded
- Mozzarella cheese - as required
Heat K&N’s Mortadella Slices as per instruction on pack and cut into chunks.
In a pan, heat oil, add red bell pepper, green bell pepper and onion. Sauté for a minute.
Cut bread slices from inside and leave around ½ inch from all sides.
In a bowl, add eggs, salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder and whisk well.
Add sautéed veggies and mix well.
Add chunks of K&N’s Mortadella Slices and mix again.
In a pan, melt butter; toast a corner of bread slice; add egg veggie mixture in the center, add mozzarella cheese slice and cover with remaining part of the bread.
Cook from other side too on a low flame.
Your Mortadella Bread Omelette is ready to serve.
