Mortadella Stuffed Bread Patties

Ingredients
  • K&N’s Mortadella Slices - as required
  • Bread slices - as required
  • Mozzarella cheese - as required; shredded
  • Egg - 1; beaten

 

Method

Thaw K&N’s Mortadella Slices as per instructions on pack and set aside.

Take bread and cut circles according to the size of Mortadella Slice and roll gently.

On the bread, spread prepared hot mayo sauce then place Mortadella Slices on top and add prepared veggies on it.

Top it with cheese and cover it with another bread circle. Brush edges with water and gently press the edges to seal them.

Brush bread patties with egg and set aside.

Option 1: fry bread patties on each side for 2 to 3 minutes on medium low flame until light golden brown

Option 2: bake bread patties in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5-8 minutes.

Delicious Mortadella Stuffed Bread Patties are ready to serve.

 

Vegetable Spread
Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise - 1 cup
  • Cream - ½ cup
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste - ½ tsp
  • Carrot - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Green bell pepper - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Sweet corn - ¼ cup
  • Cucumber - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Black olives - 3 tbsp; chopped

 Method

In another bowl add all ingredients and mix well. Vegetable spread is ready.

 

Hot Mayo Sauce
Ingredients
  • Mayonnaise - 1 cup
  • Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Sriracha sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Method

Add all ingredients in a bowl; mix well and set aside.
