Ingredients
  • K&N's Mughlai Tikka - 30 pieces
  • Garlic mayo sauce - as required
  • Green chutney - as required
  • Onion - as required
  • Salad leaves - ¼; shredded

 

Garlic Mayo Sauce

  • Mayonnaise - 1 cup
  • Cream - ½ cup
  • Garlic cloves - 3-4; minced
  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lemon juice - ½ tbsp

 

Green Chutney

  • Mint - 1 cup
  • Coriander - ½ cup
  • Green chillies - 4-6
  • Garlic cloves - 3-4
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - as required
 
Method

Prepare K&N's Mughlai Tikka as per instructions on pack.

Take one paratha; spread green chutney on it evenly.

Spread garlic mayo sauce and top it with prepared K&N's Mughlai Tikka.

Add onion, salad leaves and roll. Your rolls are ready to serve.

 

For Garlic Mayo Sauce

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

 

For Green Chutney

Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.

 

Paratha:
Ingredients
  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • All-purpose flour - 2 cups
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Water - as required; for kneading
 
Method

In a bowl, mix wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt and oil.

Add water gradually and knead soft and sticky dough. Set aside for 30 minutes.

Divide dough in 4 rounds; roll out one round, spread oil in it and fold it in roll shape.

Roll to make a ball again, cover and rest it for 10 minutes.

Roll it out, heat flat pan, place the paratha on it and cook.

Add oil on top and cook on medium low flame until light golden brown from both side.

Repeat the same process for all rounds.
