Ingredients
  • K&N's Mughlai Tikka – 30 pieces (515g)
  • Burger buns - 2
  • Butter - 1 tbsp
  • Iceberg lettuce - as required
  • Tomato slices - as required
  • Green chutney - as required

 

Cheese Sauce:

  • Milk - ¼ cup
  • All-purpose flour - 2-3 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - 1 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese - ½ cup; shredded
  • Cheddar cheese - ½ cup; shredded
  • Flour - 2-3 tsp

 

Caramelized Onions:

  • Onion rings - 1 cup
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste

 

Burger Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise - 1 cup
  • Ketchup - 2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 3 tsp
  • Mustard paste - ½ tsp
  • Jalapeno - 2 tbsp; minced
  • Onion powder - ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder - ½ tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp

 

Green Chutney:

  • Mint leaves - ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves - ½ cup
  • Green chillies - 2-3
  • Salt - to taste
  • Chaat masala - 1 tsp
  • Water - as required

 

Method
Assembling:

Prepare K&N's Mughlai Tikka as per instructions on pack. Set aside.

Heat a pan, grease it with butter and toast burger buns for a minute.

Spread cheese sauce on the bun, top it with iceberg lettuce, tomato slices and prepared K&N's Mughlai Tikka.

Top it with caramelized onions and drizzle green chutney and burger sauce on top.

Cover the bun. Your delicious Mughlai Tikka Burgers are ready to serve.

 

For Cheese Sauce:

In a pan, heat milk, add flour and mix it well.

Add salt, black pepper, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.

Cook until the cheese melts and your cheese sauce is ready.

 

For Caramelized Onions:

Make medium size rings of the onion.

In a pan, melt butter, add brown sugar, salt and cook on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add onion rings and give it a good mix. Your caramelized onions are ready.

 

For Burger Sauce:

In a bowl, add mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard paste, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and jalapeno.

Mix all these ingredients well and your burger sauce is ready.

 

For Green Chutney:

Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.
