Ingredients
  • K&N's Mughlai Tikka – 28-30 pieces
  • Pita bread - 8 breads
  • Chilli garlic sauce - 8 tbsp
  • Pickled cucumber - 8 small pieces
  • Onions - 2 medium-sized; sliced
  • Iceberg lettuce - 2-3 leaves; julienned
  • Bell pepper - 3 tbsp; julienned
  • Mint sauce - 4 tbsp

 

Method

Heat K&N's Mughlai Tikka as per instructions on pack.

Toast pita bread on both sides for a few minutes in a hot pan.

Spread chilli garlic sauce on one side of pita bread, layer with pickled cucumber, onions, iceberg lettuce, bell pepper and Mughlai Tikka.

Top with mint sauce and fold gently. Serve with chilli garlic sauce.
