Ingredients
  • K&N's Mughlai Tikka – 28-30 pieces
  • Green chillies - 2
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Yogurt - 1 cup
  • Spring onions - 1 stalk, finely cut
  • Ginger - 1 tsp; julienned
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp; whole, peeled
  • Mint leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • White pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Cream - 1 cup
  • Whole spices mix - 2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Bell pepper - 1 tbsp; sliced

 

Method

Heat oil in a pan; add ginger and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes. Add frozen K&N's Mughlai Tikka.

Mix in beaten yogurt, white pepper powder and vinegar to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.

Add in fresh cream, bell pepper, green chillies, spring onions, mint and coriander leaves. Keep stirring to combine and cook for 5 minutes.

Add whole spices and mix well.

Serve hot with flatbread, rice or as desired.
