Ingredients
- K&N's Mughlai Tikka – 28-30 pieces
- Green chillies - 2
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Yogurt - 1 cup
- Spring onions - 1 stalk, finely cut
- Ginger - 1 tsp; julienned
- Garlic - 1 tbsp; whole, peeled
- Mint leaves - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- White pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Cream - 1 cup
- Whole spices mix - 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
- Bell pepper - 1 tbsp; sliced
Method
Heat oil in a pan; add ginger and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes. Add frozen K&N's Mughlai Tikka.
Mix in beaten yogurt, white pepper powder and vinegar to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Add in fresh cream, bell pepper, green chillies, spring onions, mint and coriander leaves. Keep stirring to combine and cook for 5 minutes.
Add whole spices and mix well.
Serve hot with flatbread, rice or as desired.
