Fry K&N's Nuggets as per instructions on pack.
Cut each slider bun into half and spread a dollop of mayonnaise on either side.
Layer the bottom bun with salad leaf, two nuggets, and a slice of tomato, another salad leaf, cheese and ketchup. Cover with top bun and insert a food pick to secure.
Repeat with remaining Nuggets and serve fresh.
Add salt, eggs, yeast, sugar, butter and warm milk to flour, and knead into soft dough. Use warm water as required to knead and set aside for 2 hours.
When dough rises, make 1-½ inch small dough balls. Wrap the inside of baking dish with foil and evenly place all dough balls. Seal cover with cling wrap and set aside for 30 minutes.
Remove cling wrap and brush each dough ball with milk. Generously sprinkle sesame seeds and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.
Remove baked buns from dish and carefully separate each.
